Kanye West has put together yet another brilliant piece of guerrilla marketing, this time with the #SUPERMOON ad campaign, which has taken over Instagram in the last 12 hours.
Some might remember the fake paparazzi shots West and Kim Kardashian used to promote YEEZY Season 6, which is the first time we saw this kind of subversive marketing strategy from West. Now the artist has enlisted frequent collaborator Eli Russell Linnetz to photograph various models wearing the “Super Moon Yellow” YEEZY Desert Rat 500s.
Among the models featured in the campaign are Kristen Noel Crawley, Lawrence Conor, and the Clermont twins. Much of the imagery is NSFW, while the models that are wearing clothes are wearing pieces from West’s YEEZY line.
Scroll through some of the photographs below and find the rest of the campaign on Instagram via the #SUPERMOON hashtag or West’s Twitter feed, where he has posted a number of the photos.
