Another Kanye West footwear design has been roasted mercilessly online as his complicated relationship with slides continues. The YEEZY founder has been pushing the boundaries of footwear design since his move to adidas in 2015, with many of his designs dividing opinion. The latest to do so are children’s slides, shared by Kim Kardashian West to her Instagram story.

The reveal follows the controversial YEEZY Crocs-like clogs that made the rounds last month and were ridiculed on social networks. The slides (above) look to be made out of the same rubber that the clogs are made of and come in a selection of signature YEEZY colorways. They were quickly compared to jail slippers and “Crocs without holes” by people online, with the internet’s quick wit going undefeated once again.

It wasn’t just fans on Twitter that voiced their opinion. Snoop Dogg commented on the above Instagram post writing, “She been getting dudes out of jail now he gone sell jail slippers. W. T. F. None of my bidness” referring to the fact that Kim Kardashian West is currently working on her law degree and has made criminal justice reform a priority.
