To say the fashion world is losing its collective mind over Vetements would be a bit of an understatement. The Parisian crew has, in a few short seasons, leapt from obscurity to become the most talked-about name in the business.
The brand's success is in no part down to its witty, fun and relentlessly cool attitude, an approach that ditches stuffy intellectualism and heavy concepts in favor of elevating everyday garments with exaggerated cuts and tongue-in-cheek motifs.
Vetements' Margiela-esque tailoring and exploded proportions are used on hoodies, bomber jackets and tees, while striking graphics hint that Demna Gvasalia and co. may be recovering death metal heads. Provocative gun club imagery and a vast photo of a young Snoop Dogg further the collection's "DGAF" vibes.
You can now preorder Vetements FW16 collection over at KM20's webstore.
