Fashion's it-label Vetements has announced its second book, titled SUMMERCAMP, will be published by IDEA and released during Paris Fashion Week.
Vetements' first book, which was released almost a year ago, sold out in one day and in so doing became the most desirable fashion book in the world. SUMMERCAMP centers around its SS17 collection and was photographed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti and features Lotta Volkova and Paul Hameline.
Vetements, as we know, is not merely just another corporate brand, but a collective of friends and collaborators. Therefore it seemed like the natural thing to do to decamp the entire team to a beautiful chateau in Northern France to shoot the book. At 480 pages long, it's said to be the most complete visual record of a fashion collection ever published, and includes the collaborations with Juicy Couture, Brioni, CdG Shirt, Champion, Manolo Blahnik and more.
The book will launch at IDEA at COMME des GARÇONS Trading Museum in Paris on Monday October 3. It will then be exclusively available on October 4 from Dover Street Market London, New York and Ginza Tokyo. Then select stores worldwide and online from October 5.
In other fashion news, the Stranger Things kids might be Louis Vuitton’s next campaign models.
