Converse taps into the LA streetwear culture for its upcoming weekend release. The classic shoe company, known for its Chuck Taylors, continues to diversify its offering, while looking at the West Coast street culture for inspiration.

To pay homage, they teamed up with Babylon LAROKIT, RSVP Gallery, and CLOT to drop distinct collaborative collections. Through their respective perspectives, each collection is a response to the city and riffs off Converse’s basketball heritage. Additionally, all four collabs focus on a key pop of color on apparel and footwear highlighted by the Chuck 70, Fastbreak and One Star CC.

Each brand put new spins on the classic footwear silhouettes as Babylon uses gray and reflective silver on velour and off-white suede silhouettes. ROKIT takes on orange, which symbolizes their roots in skate and basketball. RSVP Gallery works with a bold yellow and various prints and details to pay homage to artistic interpretation of LA basketball. Finally, CLOT uses purple for their pop of color, as a nod to the chilled-out lifestyle the West Coast has to offer.

Babylon LA, Rokit, RSVP Gallery, and CLOT footwear ranges from $110 to $120 and apparel ranges from $45 to $150 and will be available February 10 on converse.com and at Converse Santa Monica and select retailers globally. Take a look at the full collection above.
