Emma Stone has been selected to be a new brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton. While in Paris for a recent shoot, the 29-year-old actress dished to W magazine what it's like being the face of the luxury fashion house.

While reminiscing about her first trip to the French capital at the age of 12, Emma noted, "I remember being so amazed, like, ‘We’re in Paaaris!’ Well, now we’re staying at the Ritz and it’s literally like being in Pretty Woman.”

Stone was not alone for the aforementioned photoshoot, as she was joined by her mother, as well as Louis Vuitton’s artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière. Subsequently, W points out that it took roughly a year to complete the deal with Louis Vuitton, while Ghesquière insisted that he's wanted the Hollywood star onboard for a while now.

“The first name I mentioned was Emma’s, but it takes time to set up a dialogue,” he explained while sitting next to the actress. “What I love about you, Emma, is your ability to balance. You have this femininity and, at the same time, a boyish side that’s supercool and inspiring.”

Stone has certainly come a long way since appearing in the likes of Superbad and Zombieland. Now, the seasoned entertainer is the highest-paid actress in the world.
