NikeLab has taken the iconic 1970s track shoe, the Cortez, and here implemented a blend of classic and contemporary design elements to present the "Big Tooth" take. The lightweight kicks have been comprised of perforated neoprene and suede, as a leather sockliner provides for premium comfort on the interior. A phylon midsole accounts for cushioning with each stride, as the most notable aspect on the bottom comes via the jagged big tooth outsole. The tonal pairs are accompanied by Swoosh branding on the tongue, heel and toe, as well as the midsole shading.
Fans can look for the NikeLab Classic Cortez Big Tooth to drop on July 9 at select NikeLab providers worldwide and online.
