United Arrows & Sons creative director Motofumi "Poggy" Kogi is a hot commodity. The latest to tap him for an of-a-kind collaboration is fashion brand Five Four, who launched an exclusive Spring 2017 capsule inspired by Japan. Featuring 93 pieces that are meant to appeal to the minimalist, modern man, Four Five founders  Andres Izquieta and Dee Murthy celebrated the launch with a special event in Los Angeles.

As part of the event, the label profiled Poggy on his love of hip-hop, the difference between fashion and style, and how hip-hop culture influenced his own life. Poggy also shares that his first-ever rap show was a huge concert in Japan called  "Summer Sonic." There he saw Public Enemy live for the first time, and according to him, the experience was so powerful he cried. We can assume the rest is history.
