Nike has a series of specials ready to release for Air Max Day 2016. Next to a large-scale Air Max iD initiative with many of its sports stars, the Hiroshi Fujiwara-designed Nike Air Max LD-Zero H has already been announced. Of course the full HTM team is being involved and not just the "H." Mark Parker worked on the Nike Air Max MP Ultra, a fantastic new remix of the iconic Nike Air Max BW. Next to some smaller updates on the upper, the sneaker comes with a premium lining and nice leather details on the tongue. Tinker Hatfield, the last member of the HTM crew, worked on the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Superfly T. The sneakers features the updated Air Max 90 Ultra silhouette with the ankle collar seen in the Mercurial SuperFly football boot that debuted two years ago. The ankle collar is fast becoming a popular feature in lifestyle sneakers and therefore we are not surprised to see it make an appearance here as well.
Both the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Superfly T and the Nike Air Max MP Ultra M are expected to release next Saturday, March 26, for Air Max Day 2016.
