Converse presents their second partnership with Hancock Vulcanised Articles, introducing the all-new Wetland sneaker and two fresh colorways of the classic mid silhouette. Built with weather protection in mind, the Wetland sneaker’s upper is partially covered with rubber in Hancock’s signature Mastic Grey color to ensure for water repellence. With the added benefit of a dual layer vulcanized textile for further weather protection, the upper is designed to help brave the wet weather. Inspired by Thomas Hancock’s original patent, it also features a subtle zipper closure that allows for customizable wear. The pack also reintroduces the mid silhouette in two fresh colorways: Black and Military Green. Complete with Hancock’s Siphonia Elastica graphic rubber plant print in the sneakers’ sock liner, both the mid and Wetland styles feature the classic Jack Purcell smile on the toecap and a custom topped eyelet in mastic gray.

The Hancock x Converse Fall/Winter 2014 Jack Purcell pack will be available at select Converse retailers as well as online beginning December 12 for $150-200 USD.
