UNDEFEATED has a longstanding collaborative relationship with Nike that has resulted in a number of must-have releases over the years. Take for example, the streetwear mainstay's recent "Hall of Fame" Kobes. Now, James Bond and company have their sights set on the Dunk, with a new low-top collab expected to arrive rather soon.

Sneaker News first learned that the UNDEFEATED x Nike Dunk Low will likely launch this June. The initial pair to surface is a flip of the brand's "Inside Out" Air Force 1 from 2006, more specifically, the "Canteen" colorway that was one of two variations from the collab.

More recently, Sneaker Bar Detroit has given us a look at a second Dunk Low from UNDEFEATED and Nike, this one referencing 2006's Air Force 1 Low “InsideOut.” The “Dunk vs AF-1,” as it's being referred to, features a royal blue leather upper with purple-colored quarter panels and snakeskin accents. Both UNDEFEATED x Nike Dunk Lows then incorporate the streetwear brand's five strike logo on the lateral heels.

As Sneaker News points out, the Dunks are part of an Air Force 1 versus Dunk project that reverts back to past colorways of the two classic sneakers. With the series, Dunks will appear in familiar AF1 colorways and (likely) vice versa.

Our first look at the new UNDEFEATED x Nike Dunk Low comes from a promo clip highlighting a completely different collaboration, one between Arrow McLaren SP and the streetwear brand/retailer. The groundbreaking partnership finds UNDEFEATED designing Felix Rosenqvist’s number 7 Vuse Arrow McLaren SP Chevrolet for the Indianapolis 500. In the video, UNDEFEATED co-founder James Bond is spotted wearing the low-top Dunk collab.

Expect to see and hear more surrounding the new UNDEFEATED x Nike drop in the days ahead, leading up to the June 2021 release. And in the meantime, you can check out some of the best Dunks to arrive so far this year.
