Out in the real world news is happening and here are the highlights.

Kourtney Kardashian Denies Bieber Affair Rumors

Baby-faced MILF hunter, Justin Bieber, was recently spotted out with his former boo, Kourtney Kardashian, who just so happens to be some 15 years older than he is, fueling rumors that the two might be having an affair. Kourtney denied that this is the case, and that she’s totally “serious” about making things work with her baby daddy, Scott Disick. What exactly a 37-year-old and a 22-year-old talk about when just hanging out, we’ll never know. – IOL

Trump meets with Martin Luther King III

The eldest child of civil rights leader, Martin Luther King III, stepped in to soften tensions between Donald Trump and black people after the president-elect got into a beef with civil rights leader and democratic congressman, John Lewis. The beef came as a result of Lewis calling Trump an “illegitimate” president after allegations surfaced that his win was aided by Putin’s regime and Russian spies. Lewis, along with some 30 other congressional democrats, will be boycotting the inauguration. Trump predictably fired back over Twitter, claiming that Lewis is “all talk” and sounding the dog whistle of racism by telling him to focus on his “crime infested” congressional district. It should be noted that Lewis had his skull cracked by a cop in 1965 while battling for civil rights. Aside from making financial donations to politicians that serve his interests, and racially abusing Obama, The Donald has no history of meaningful political engagement. – New York Times

Britain heading for hard Brexit

British prime minister, Theresa May, is going to hold a speech today outlining Britain’s position in upcoming negotiations over its exit from the European Union, which is expected to formally begin in March. Satiating all the horrible xenophobes that have hijacked Britain’s political system and the ignorant bigots in the electorate, May is expected to reveal that the government is going to prioritize immigration control over everything else, which means that the country will be heading for what many are calling a “hard” Brexit: a complete and total severing of ties with the EU, losing access to the single market and every other benefit of being a member of the club. – The Guardian

Jude Law’s daughter is the new face of Burberry

Iris Law, the 16-year-old daughter of dreamy-eyed actor, Jude Law, and actress Sadie Frost, is the new face of Burberry Beauty, following in the footsteps of other celebrity progeny like Cindy Crawford’s daughter, Kaia Gerber, who signed with Marc Jacobs Beauty, and Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of Johnny Depp, who is the pretty face selling Chanel’s No. 5 L’Eau fragrance. It makes a lot of sense: good-looking famous people tend to make babies with other good-looking, usually famous, people to create a new generation of good-looking people born directly into fame. It’s not much of an advert for social mobility, though. – LA Times

George Michael’s death might have been down to drugs

British pop star and the last major celebrity to fall victim to 2016, George Michael, might have died due to drug-related issues, according to a childhood friend. There’s been very little official information about the circumstances of his death, but said friend, Andros Georgiou, has revealed that Michael started using hard drugs again in the period before his death, after kicking a much-publicized crack habit in the past. – BBC News

Kurt Angle headlines WWE 2017 Hall of Fame class

Pro wrestler, Kurt Angle, hasn’t done a lot of pro wrestling during the past decade, but between 1998 and 2006 he was one of the most successful of WWE’s phoney tough guys, winning about a dozen titles. As a reward, he’s getting inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as the lead member of the Class of 2017. But is it really Kurt that deserves this honor, or the WWE script writers? – CBS Sports
