With Beijing hosting the 2015 World Athletic Championships, design agency coordination Asia has in turn created a futuristic Nike workout studio to coincide with the competition. The space takes over a local art gallery, spanning across 1,200 square meters. Numerous zones have been designated for various athletic workouts, as all in all, Nike Studio was designed in order to promote fitness.
Illuminating LED grids take over the walls, then awarding the studio with a never-ending aesthetic. Accompanying reflective cases not only house Nike Sportswear's Holiday 2015 collection, but pictures of famous athletes and coinciding quotes are also highlighted in order to provide added motivation while breaking a sweat.
Thanks to the aforementioned illuminating grid display on the walls, as well as the freestanding workout stations, overall, the Nike Studio in Beijing bears a noticeably futuristic look and feel.
