Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing just took to Instagram to announce his upcoming collaboration with Nike Sportswear. Following in the footsteps of Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci, he is the next high fashion designer to be invited by the Swoosh to work on a collaborative collection. The designer has certainly helped lift the Balmain house to new heights, partly due because of his close affiliates with celebrity culture. Of course not everybody is a fan of that. It remains to be seen if his upcoming NikeLab collection is as bold as his work for Balmain. We should be able to give you a full preview of the collection very soon.

Judging from the logo design of the collaboration, the collection is kept in mostly black and gold!
