Kanye West just won this year's Webby Award for  "Artist of the Year" and, having been told to behave, he accepted that award with a sour-faced, live-streamed acceptance speech that only amounted to a mere five words – a handful, not a mouthful.

And what were those lucky five words that Yeezus plucked from his lips? "I can't stand short speeches."

Word on the internet is that the Webby Award people were incredibly wary of his erratic behavior and were insistent on reminding him of their speech guidelines to prevent him from creating one of those PR scandals that he's so well known for. So, in retaliation, he just decided to be boring (and meta) instead. Evidently, Kanye West is a man of polarized extremes.

Check out what Cali Thornhill Dewitt had to say about designing Kanye's Life of Pablo merch.
