Jordan Winery, a family-owned California vineyard and winery, is getting a head start on April Fool’s shenanigans with a red wine-themed custom Nike Air Jordan 11. The Air Jordan 11 Retro 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Limited Edition was customized by Los Angeles-based Troy Cole of Kickasso Kustoms.

The sneaker features a midsole made to look like cork, a lace lock made out of 100 percent natural wine cork, a built-in corkscrew with Jordan French oak barrel handle, French oak barrel aglets, and a Jumpman logo holding a wine glass and corkscrew. The leather upper is the color of Jordan Winery's 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, with the inserts claiming it has been marinated in coq au vin for 12 months so your shoes smell like a fine French restaurant (not really).

It might seem like an elaborate joke, but the shoes are real. Only a few pairs will be made, and they'll be gifted to athletes who are fans of Jordan wine. The pairs will come in small French oak wine barrels. The sneaker commemorates the May 1 release of the 2015 Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery’s first red vintage aged exclusively in French oak barrels.
