Editor’s Notes: After revealing the latest additions to its ever-anticipated “Country Camo” pack late last month, a somewhat unexpected Nike Air Max 97 has surfaced in an exciting “Japan Camo” colorway — the colorway is however noted as having already circulated as far back as 2003.

The latest Nike Air Max 97 “Japan Camo” silhouette features a combination of leather and canvas over the upper, outfitted in the same military patterning used by the Japan Self-Defense Forces. With the camouflage overlays being bracketed by a predominantly black color palette, the sneaker is highlighted by pops of “Hazard Orange” throughout the sole’s traction unit.

In other sneaker news, Sneakersnstuff & Adidas joined forces for this GORE-TEX Stockholm Pack.
