Last week Nike opened the doors to its otherworldly new 68,000-square-foot flagship in New York City. For the latest episode of From the Ground Up, we were able to tour the massive space, as well as sit down with Cathy Sparks, VP/GM of Global Nike Direct Stores and Service, and Frank Ha, VP of Merchandising for North America, to learn more about what the store has to offer.

House of Innovation 000, as the flagship is called, is just the second House of Innovation location in the world. Designed to represent retail of the future, the store is poised to offer the most immersive experience of the Nike brand. Digital integration is a focal point for the flagship, allowing customers to find what they’re looking for more quickly and conveniently.

Nike is also catering to local customers more than ever, with special services for Nike Plus members. You can browse local data to find out the hottest items for the area, and even place orders online and pick them up at a designated parcel locker upon arrival.

In addition, House of Innovation 000 is staffed with qualified athletes to provide their expertise no matter what products you’re searching for.

These are just a few things that Nike’s new NYC flagship has to offer, but to get a better feel for the space, simply press play above.

Located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 52nd Street, the store is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
