Air Max Day 2017 is upon us, and Nike adds another release to its quiver with the LD-Zero. Designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara, the LD-Zero combines an upper inspired by a '70s Nike runner with a modern Air bag and Flywire lacing. The result is a past-meets-present sneaker that complements just about anything you wear it with.

In celebration of Air Max Day, the LD-Zero comes in two monotone colorways, a tonal gray and white inspired by the Pure Platinum colorway of Nike's newest sneaker, the VaporMax. A predominantly mesh upper is complemented with hits of suede at the heel counter, and leather details at the heel tab and Swoosh.

The Nike LD-0 is available now on It will set you back $180—unless you want to make your own version in NikeID, which costs $220.
