Melbourne-based sneaker customizers BespokeIND have taken Nike’s latest silhouette, the React Element 87, and added a touch of ’90s nostalgia with an ACG-themed makeover.

Dubbed the “ACG18 Rip Stop,” the sneaker was reconstructed using an authentic 2018 Nike ACG Ripstop jacket alongside ultra-luxe materials such as calf and pig suede, kangaroo hide, and foiled metallic deerskin.

The upper channels Nike ACG’s instantly recognizable color palette of purple, blue, and neon yellow, while the React sole unit keeps things simple in black and white.

As Sneaker Freaker first reported, this custom build is part of BespokeIND’s Thread I.D Program (T.I.P.), which allows customers to merge their favorite pieces of clothing with a sneaker of their choice. The results are one-of-one hybrid customs like the ACG React Element 87 above.

The ACG18 Rip Stop will be available in limited quantities on October 26 at 12 p.m. AEST at BespokeIND’s website here.
