LeBron James is now fifteen years into his historic career, and while his current signature Nike LeBron 15 has already been produced in a number of variations, James kicked off Nike’s LeBron Watch program, as it focuses on special PE colorways that pay tribute to the elite athletes that have inspired him at some point during his rise to stardom.

With these player exclusive designs inspired by classic models and colorways, the program began with an exclusive LeBron 15 inspired by one of Nike’s earliest styles, the Nike Waffle Trainer in blue and yellow. While some of these designs will be for LeBron James only, five of those PEs will be available to users via Nike’s SNKRS app later this year.

“When I was a kid, the athletes and the shoes represented in this series inspired me to chase my dream of one day becoming a professional athlete,” says James. “It’s important to me to share these stories and inspiration with my fans. I want them to be a part of every step of my journey, so I’m excited we’re making these shoes available to them.”
