Earlier this month, Serena Williams won her 22nd Grand Slam tournament at Wimbledon at the age of 34. She's undoubtedly one of the most talented tennis players in the history of the sport, whose staggeringly consistent success has been achieved through a lifelong dedication to serious, hard training. But that doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy a joke or too in the process, so who better for Nike to pair her with for its latest workout than comedian Kevin Hart.

“The Hart Serena” workout sees the pair brought together with trainer Ben Monk for a 15-minute high-intensity, strength-based session that requires no equipment, just the ability to use your body's weight to get stronger. The warmup includes 20 seconds of bodyweight squats, heel kicks and A-skips before moving into 30 seconds of lateral hip openers and backpedal moves.

Then you've got 40 seconds each of partner hand rows, partner push-up high fives, lateral lunges, side plank knee drives, forward lunges, lateral shuffles, partner hand rows, partner push-up high fives, bounds and side plank knee drives. Finished off with split jumps, burpees, quick feet, and yet more burpees.
