As part of its SS18 collection, Italian luxury fashion house Prada has aligned with MR PORTER to launch an exclusive collection rooted in bowling nostalgia. This is Prada’s first menswear exclusive with an online retail partner.

Consisting of a 32-piece range that draws from eras of bowling popularity during the 1950s and 1980s, the collection revolves around camp-collar shirts in Hawaiian and pop-cartoon prints. There’s also gingham check jackets, mid-century-style block paneled stripe cardigans, and stripe knit T-shirts.

In addition, pleated and flat-front trousers, polo shirts and a mohair bi-color wool blazer are included, while loafers, Creeper and cap-toe Derbies and cap-toe sneakers in deerskin make up the footwear range overall.

Toby Bateman, Managing Director of MR PORTER, states: “We are incredibly proud to be working with Prada on this special project and to be the first men’s online retailer to partner on an exclusive collection. The retro themes of 1950s and 1980s menswear were an effortless inspiration for the campaign and content, and allowed us to easily meld the worlds of Mr PORTER and Prada.”

With prices ranging from $370 USD to $3,490 USD, you can find the entire collection on MR PORTER.

Recently, MR PORTER launched its naval-inspired Mr P. capsule collection.
