Twitter user @akaElJefe has claimed that Lil Uzi Vert's manager scammed him out of thousands of dollars worth of hyped sneakers — and is now threatening to leak new Lil Uzi Vert tracks if he doesn't get the kicks back.

According to the Twitter thread below, the transaction began when @akaElJefe sold YEEZY 700s to Uzi's crew. The seller says he was then invited to a show and in return offered to sell Uzi's team sneakers from the OFF-WHITE x Nike "The Ten" collection.

Having sold 10 pairs, @akaElJefe says that Uzi's manager — identified by the Twitter handle @MeanW — claimed the sneakers were fake. The seller says he then sent evidence of the original purchase from Nike, but subsequently changed his mind on the whole deal.

"I was done with arguing with them because I am not going to beg someone to take $1000s of dollars worth of sneakers for a fraction of the price so I decided I wanted them back. I sent the money for them and expected a shipment back," @akaElJefe tweeted. "Instead,@MeanW BLOCKED my number and scammed me."

Now, according to the thread, @akaElJefe is threatening to leak what he claims are four unreleased Lil Uzi Vert tracks if the rapper's manager doesn't return the sneakers, posting two song clips.
