Editor’s Notes: After PUMA and Sankuanz announced their collaboration earlier this month, the German sportswear giant gives us a closer look at every piece from the collection.

Comprising three sneaker models and a range of apparel, the Sankuaz x PUMA collection continues with the former’s FW18 “Kill The Wall” theme. China has had a somewhat complicated relationship with ideas of protection and defense, which has provided a rich seam of inspiration for Sankuanz founder Shangguan Zhe when it comes to his creations.

In addition to the aforementioned theme, the sneaker models get a reworking that melds natural tones with flashes of neon and blocky, bulky outlines. The end result is a decidedly on-trend ’90s silhouette.
